I love this site and so does my twin sister. Camels are just about one of the cutest creation God has ever made. My sister works at the Fresno zoo training the camels and she loves them. Their names are Stoney and George. She also leads the camel rides during the weekend rides at the zoo. I am so glad there is a site to lead us to all the wonderful camel things out there.

Great site guys , We have 4 camels, we got from the wild and we are training them for a trip across Australia.Hopefully we get a good wet season this year so we can head off next year we are setting up a web site to show people what the outback of Australia looks like from the back of a camel,cheers fellow cameleers.

Just letting people know that if and when they're in Aust. nad they're wanting to do a camel trek through our beautiful desert country give us a call. Any where between May and August you can travel with our camels in the vast outback of Australia .On a camel is the only way to travel and see the beauty of this country. Hi, It's great site. I'm from Mongoian. So I was born in south of Mongolian. This place is gobi desert. Our parents and other herders have camels. One herders has about 20-40 camel. We say camels "ship of dune". Because camels are very strong and very intelligent. Mongolian herders are often used camels to moving and other daywork. I interested they photo. Our province is one of too many camels in the Mongolia. I love that our camels. Best wishes from Mongolian desert.

Hi Great website. I've learned alot. I'm a keeper at the Detrot Zoo. Among others I take care of 4 Bactrian Camels. At what age should trainig be started. Fezzik is 4 weeks old. His mother was hand reared and loves people,Fezzik does too, but he is very pushy. He slams into you and also bites. Any suggestions?

i have a 4yr male dromedary was in a petting zoo for a few years never abused but never really worked with alot. but now he's kinda of skidish he wont let you touch him he'll try to bite or jump up and down real mean like but hell eat right out of your hand so i know he can still be worked with if anyone have any real good advice please send any info you can provide thanks!and this is a great site !

Great website. Our 2 year old male(very tame) got out of his pen in the barn. He sliced open his leg, and lost alot of blood. Our vet is 50 miles away. So our local human Dr helped with antibiotics. Thanks to this website, he is doing great. we'll be getting him a mate this year.
