Below is a picture of a 2-seater dromedary camel saddle frame from Afghanistan. We are not sure how old it is but it is made of very old wood and flat iron work by someone who appeared to care about what they were making. In order to use this we will need only to use ropes and/or leather straps to hold it on and use blankets or bags stuffed with hay, straw, or something similar to sit on. The Australian saddles in use today are based on this model.
